In this episode Peter shares his ‘sliding door’ moment, when he abandoned a career in commercial property to become a travel agent. We also discuss how the establishment of an A grade leadership team helped the business remain nimble, facilitating growth and surviving several crises, including COVID-19 lockdowns.
